Pre-departure orientation is mandatory under Nepali law before a labour permit is issued. We run ours in-house, in Nepali, and there is no separate charge for our candidates.
The two-day programme covers the employment contract clause by clause, wages and the wage protection system, working hours and overtime, workplace safety and PPE, the law of the destination country, how to remit money home safely, and who to contact if the job is not as promised.
We add basic language coaching for Korea and Japan placements, and a destination-country cultural briefing for every batch.
