We handle complete overseas placement under Nepal’s Foreign Employment Act 2064, from the moment an employer’s demand reaches us to the day the worker boards the aircraft.
Every demand is checked against the employer’s registration, the job description, the offered wage and the contract terms before we accept it. Nothing is advertised until the Department of Foreign Employment has approved the lot and the Nepali embassy in the destination country has attested the paperwork.
Once candidates are selected we arrange insurance, the labour permit, visa stamping and ticketing, and we run the mandatory pre-departure orientation in Nepali. Candidates leave knowing their wage, their working hours, their leave entitlement and who to call if something is wrong.
